Ms. Amy E. Wilson is Corporationrationrate Secretary Assistant General Counsel of The Dow Chemical Company effective February 1 2015. Wilson joined Dow Legal Department in 2000 in Purchasing and Human Resources Law. In 2002 she transferred to the Corporationrationrate and Financial Law section and in 2006 she moved to Dow Europe legal department in Horgen Switzerland. Upon her return from Europe in 2008 she joined the Office of the Corporationrationrate Secretary and was elected assistant secretary by the Board of Directors. Wilson was named director of the Office of the Corporationrationrate Secretary in 2013. Prior to joining Dow Wilson was an attorney at the firm of Currie Kendall PC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. since 2019.
