From 2009 to 2011, he also served as a Director of Globalfoundries Inc., a semiconductor foundry. He has served as a Director of the Company 6 since 2011 and serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Executive Compensation Committee. Mr. Rivet has an indepth understanding of the preparation and analysis of financial statements based upon his 35 years of financial experience, including nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Micro Devices.
