Mr. Arturo Condo Tamayo is Independent Director of the Company. He has a PhD in business administration from Harvard Business School in the fields of business strategy and competitiveness and a master in business administration from INCAE where he was recognized as a distinguished scholastic, He also has an undergraduate degree in Electric Engineer, was member of the first inaugural class of the Central American Leadership Initiative and he also has a fellowship from Aspen Institute. Professor and President between 2007 and 2015 at INCAE the leader business school of Latin America. He was Dean of Masters, Innovation and Development and Director of LatinAmerican Centre for Competitiveness and Sustainability Development He works as a consultant in strategic planning, competitiveness strategy and internationalization for companies and organizations in Latin America and Asia. He also was advisor of multilateral organizations as IDB and World Bank. In 2014, he started his business Keyword Centro America, a Company of strategic information where he held the position of CEO. He is a founding member of Central American Private Sector Initiative, a group of regional leaders focused improving the Central Americans quality of life through regional actions and the Global Shapers Community in San Jose, Costa Rica. In 2008 we has recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. He was cofounder of the YGL Business Oath and member of the Board of directors of the Global Business Oath Project, which follows change the ethic behaviour of business leaders. He is author and coauthor in more than a dozen of articles, books and study cases of strategy, international business, competitiveness and sustainability development. He is member of the board of Directors of Bancolombia since 2016. since 2016.
