Following the purchase of Urban by Rodamco North America in 2000, Mr. Dominski served as Urbans President until 2002. Mr. Dominski operated, as a joint owner, Polaris Capital, LLC, a Chicago, Illinois based real estate investment firm, from 2003 through 2013. Mr. Dominski currently serves as a director of First Industrial Realty Trust, a NYSElisted REIT which buys, sells, leases, develops and manages industrial real estate, and also serves on its Investment and NominatingCorporationrate Governance Committees. From 1998 until 2004, Mr. Dominski served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the ICSC since 2005.
