Mr. Li served as deputy general manager of safety and information management department and deputy general manager of safety and quality assurance department of China General Nuclear Power Corporationrationration, Ltd. from January 2013 to January 2015, and concurrently as deputy general manager of safety and quality assurance department of CGN Power Co., Ltd. since May 2014. He obtained a bachelors degree in engineering majoring in chemical engineering from Nanjing College of Chemical Engineering in July 1987, and a masters degree in engineering majoring in industrial engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in February 2001. Mr. Li holds professional qualification as a senior engineer. since 2015.
