Mr. Liu Chao serves as Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Mr. Liu joined the Company in August 2016 and served as the general manager of finance department. He is currently serving as the chief accountant of CGN Wind Energy Limited. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Liu was the cost accountant of finance department of Xuzhou Wei Yang Food Co., Ltd. from July 1998 to September 2000. From May 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Liu served as the project manager of the audit department of Shinewing Certified Public Accountants. From September 2005 to March 2010, Mr. Liu was the finance manager of the finance department of China United Tally Co., Ltd. From March 2010 to April 2012, he was the deputy general manager of the finance department of China Wind Power Group Limited. Mr. Liu served as deputy manager and general manager of the finance department of CGN Wind Energy Limited from May 2012 to June 2015, and he was the chief accountant since June 2015. Mr. Liu obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economic majoring in Business Administration from Anhui University of Science and Technology in June 1998, and a Master Degree in Economic majoring in Economics and Finance from Beijing Information Science and Technology University in May 2003. Mr. Liu holds professional qualifications as Certified Public Accountant in the PRC, and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants . since 2018.
