Mr. Thomas A. Andruskevich serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Birks Mayors Inc. He is also a member of the Advisory Board and of the Marketing Committee of Brazilian Emeralds, Inc. and a director of Cole Credit Priority Trust III, Inc. since 2012.
