Dr. Klaus Schauser, Ph.D., is Chief Strategist, Founder and Director of AppFolio, Inc. He cofounded AppFolio in 2006 and has served as our Chief Strategist and a director since 2007. Mr. Schauser was a cofounder and, from 1999 to 2005, the Chief Technology Officer, of Expertcity, Inc., which was acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc. in 2004. He has also served as a Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara since 2007.
