Mr. Jonathan Bradford Handley, Jr. is Independent Director of the Company. He was a member of our board of directors since June30, 2014. Mr.Handley cofounded and served as Managing Director of Swander Pace Capital, a consumer productsfocused private equity firm, from 19962013. During his years comanaging SPC, the firm raised four private funds with over 1 billion in equity capital and completed 36 investments, the majority being controlbuyouts of consumer products companies. Prior to cofounding SPC, Mr. Handley was a VicePresident with The Shansby Group, a consumerfocused private equity fund. Earlier, he was an Associate Consultant with Swander Pace Company, a strategic management consulting firm, where he worked with Fortune 500 consumer products companies. Mr.Handley has served as a Chairman or Director of more than a dozen private companies, including ReNew Life Formulas, Inc. International Fiber Corporation Reef Holdings Corporationration TotesIsotoner Corporation and Fleischmanns Vinegar Company, Inc. Mr. Handley received dual BA degrees in Economics and East Asian Studies with honors from Stanford University. Mr. Handleys private equity and consulting experience, together with his experience as a director of various companies, enables him to provide valuable guidance and advice to the board of directors in many important areas. since 2014.
