Mr. Robert G. Haiman is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Haiman has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 2018, and he serves in the same roles for Ashford Inc. and Braemar. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Haiman spent 14 years at Remington, where he oversaw a variety of legal and business initiatives. Most recently, Mr. Haiman served as Remington Chief Legal Officer, overseeing all legal matters related to Remington property and project management businesses. Previously, he led the initiative to develop The Gallery, Remington collection of independent luxury hotels. Mr. Haiman was a frequent speaker at various lodging conferences, and he was a founding member of the board of directors of the National Association of Condo Hotel Owners. From 1996 through 2004, Mr. Haiman was a real estate attorney in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn Crutcher LLP, where he represented owners, lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and sale of commercial, residential and light industrial projects since 2018.
