Mr. Stewart also served as a director of AEP Industries, Inc., a chemical company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, from 2000 until its sale in 2011, and Momentive Performance Materials Inc., a specialty chemical company in silicone and advanced materials, from May 2013 through its successful emergence from bankruptcy in October 2014 since 2018.
