Mr. Dean Journeaux is Director of New Millennium Iron Corporationration He received a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University of Montreal, Quebec in 1960 and has over four decades of experience. With solid work experience in the mining industry, Mr. Journeaux has held various engineering and management positions with Quebec Cartier Mining Company, and METCHEM Canada Inc. Starting in 1999, Mr. Journeaux worked in Egypt as Project Director with USS Engineers and Consultants Inc. for a proposed iron ore mine and steel plant and later in India as Project Director for the proposed Utkal Alumina International Limited bauxite mine and alumina refinery. Most recently, Mr. Journeaux has acted as Study Manager for the appraisal of an iron ore mine, concentrator, pipeline, pellet plant and port in Labrador in addition to various management consulting assignments with Anderson Schwab Inc. since 2017.

Elected by the shareholders, the NEW MILLENNIUM's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: NEW MILLENNIUM inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of NEW.
