Intel Ownership

Intel has a total of 4.14 Billion outstanding shares. Over half of Intel's outstanding shares are owned by outside corporations. These outside corporations are typically referred to as corporate investors that purchase positions in a given instrument to benefit from reduced trade commissions. Consequently, these institutions are subject to different rules and regulations than regular investors in Intel.
