From 2002 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Onix Microsystems, a private photonics technology company. Dr. Crawford served as both Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ZiLOG, Inc., and also has extensive executive experience with ATT Corporation and IBM Corporationrationration. Dr. Crawford is the author of three books on leadership and corporate governance and has more than 20 years of public company board experience. In 2011, he was awarded the B. Kenneth West Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors for his contributions to corporate governance and for having made a meaningful impact in the boardroom. Dr. Crawford was also recognized by the Financial Times Outstanding Directors Exchange as one of 2019 Most Outstanding Directors. since 2011.
