From May 1999 to June 2000, Mr. Whelan served as Vice President of Finance at IPC Information Systems, Inc. and IXnet. Mr. Whelan is a certified public accountant and previously worked for Ernst Young from 1992 to 1999. He previously spent four years as a U.S. Naval Officer. He has a BS degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Mr. Whelans significant tenure as Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer, his experience managing all aspects of the financial management of a company, as well as his experience in IT services, technology and telecommunications industries, qualifies him to serve on the Companys board of directors. since 2016.
