He is Member of the Swiss Society for Financial Market Research . From 1994 to 2000, he was Founding shareholder and Managing Partner of Almafin AG, and in 2000 Member of the Executive Board of BZ Informatik AG. Since 2001, Dr. Staub has worked for the Vontobel Group on various positions as Head of the Chief Financial Officer management support unit between 2001 and 2002, as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Executive Management between 2003 and 2006, and Head Investment Banking and Member of the Group Executive Management between 2006 and 2007. He was Member of the Board of Trustees of the Max Schmidheiny Foundation, St. Gallen, Switzerland Member of the Swiss Society of Financial Market Research, St. Gallen, Switzerland, Member of the Advisory Board of the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany, Frankfurt, Germany and Member of the Board of the Association of Swiss Asset and Wealth Management Banks, Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a doctorate degree from Universitaet St. Gallen. since 2011.
