Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Brown spent 18 years with Deloitte Touche LLP in various positions. Mr. Brown was a director of Insperity, Inc. from 1997 to June 2017. He is a director of Stifel Financial Corporationration where he chairs the audit committee. since 2007.
