Mr. Miguel Galuccio serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer at Vista Oil Gas SA de CV. He is currently Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Schlumberger. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of YPF, Argentinas largest oil company, from May 2012 to March 2016. Prior to joining YPF, Mr. Galuccio was an employee of Schlumberger and held a number of international positions in the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Russia and China, his last being President of Schlumberger Production Management. Other senior roles held at Schlumberger included President of Integrated Project Management, General Manager for Mexico and Central America and Real Time Reservoir Manager. Prior to his employment at Schlumberger, he served in various executive positions at YPF and its subsidiaries, including YPF International, where he participated in its internationalization process as Manager within Maxus Energy. Mr. Galuccio holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires in Argentina.
