Ms. Ressel was confirmed by the U.S. Senate and handles a broad array of management duties including finance accounting, operational risk, audit and performance measurement along with information technology and infrastructure security. Ms. Ressel currently serves as a member of the board of directors and as a member of the audit committee of ON Semiconductor Corporationrationration, a publicly traded technology company since 2017.
