Mr. Mustafa Necip Uludag, Ph.D., serves as Member of the Board of VERUSA HOLDING ANONIM SIRKETI. Necip graduated from Istanbul Teknik Universitesi, mechanical engineering department and has a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from a joint program of Harvard Business School and University of Istanbul. He obtained his doctorate degree with a joint program including Universita degli Studi di Milano and University of Istanbul. Having started his career at Boyner Group, he went on to become group coordinator at Benetton Footwear in 2001 followed by general director position of Nafnaf and Chevignon in 2003. He has served on the board of both Alfa Investments in Azerbaican and IPF international investment funds between 20042007. He also served as vice chairman of GYIAD for two consecutive terms and was a board member at TEDMER in 2006 and 2007. He is currently board member at Verusaturk Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi A.S., InvestCo Holding Inc., Ata Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satis A.S., Innoted Teknoloji A.S., Pamukova Elektrik retim A.S., Aciselsan Acipayam Seluloz Sanayi A.S.

Verusa Holding AS Leadership Team
