Mr. Matthew J. Wallach is appointed as Director of the Company, effective January 1, 2020. He is no longer President of Veeva Systems Inc., effective June 3, 2019 He is one of our founders and has served in various senior executive roles since joining Veeva in March 2007. He currently serves as our President and prior to that served as our Chief Strategy Officer from September 2010 to August 2013. Between April 2005 and March 2007, Mr. Wallach served as Chief Marketing Officer at Health Market Science, Inc., a supplier of healthcare data solutions. From January 2004 to December 2004, Mr. Wallach served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at IntelliChem, Inc., a provider of scientific content management solutions. Mr. Wallach was previously the General Manager of the Pharmaceuticals Biotechnology division at Siebel Systems, Inc., a customer relationship management software company, from August 1998 to December 2003. Mr. Wallach serves on the board of directors of HealthVerity, Inc., a private healthcare data company since 2020.
