From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Mueller served as Chief Credit Policy Officer of The Bank of New York, with responsibilities as head of worldwide risk management. From 1998 to 2004, his responsibilities included the banks global trading operations, commercial real estate lending, regional commercial banking, community development, residential mortgage lending and equipment leasing. He was also a member of the banks Senior Planning Committee since 2004.
