In addition, in the past, Mr. Aguirre was a member of the boards of each of Argentinas Central Bank where he was responsible for that countrys external borrowing program and financial negotiations Banco de la Nacin Argentina and Banco Nacional de Desarrollo. He also served as the Republic of Argentinas financial representative for Europe in Geneva and as negotiator on behalf of the Republic of Argentina with the Paris Club. Mr. Aguirre is an Argentine citizen. since 2006.
