Mr. Alspaugh served on the Board of Directors of Autoliv, Inc. until July 2, 2018, when on that date Autoliv effected a spinoff of Veoneer, Inc. Until August 20, 2018, Mr. Alspaugh also served on the board of directors of Verifone Systems, Inc. since 2021.
