Mr. David Wishnow has served as Principal of Investment Manager of Tetragon Financial Group Limited since May 2005. David Wishnow joined the investment manager of Tetragon as a principal upon its formation in May 2005. He is a member of the investment managers Investment Committee and Risk Committee and a member of the Investment Management Committee of TCIP and Tetragon Credit Income II L.P. Mr. Wishnow was previously a managing director and head of European and Asian Hedge Company Client Management for the Fixed Income, Rates and Currency division at UBS AG in London. He chaired FIRCs Global Hedge Fund Committee, was cochairman of the European Distribution Committee and a member of the European Management Committee. Prior to these positions, Mr. Wishnow was European cohead of UBSs BanksInsurance Credit Fixed Income Sales and global head of Short Duration Sales, responsible for the distribution of financing, money market and shortterm fixed income products. Previously, he served as global head of Fixed Income Collateral TradingFinancing in London, global head of Money Markets and Repurchase Transactions in New York and was treasurer and head of trading for UBS in Toronto. Prior to joining UBS, he was head of Short Date Derivatives for Midland Montagu. Mr. Wishnow holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Vermont. since 2005.
