Prior to that, he served in various executive positions at Fidelity Investments and at Citicorp. Prior to joining Citicorp he was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Lieberman serves on the board of directors of Entera Bio. He served on the board of directors of Forest Laboratories, LLC from 2011 to 2014, Computershare Ltd. from 2010 to 2012 and AllianceBernstein L.P. from 2004 to 2009 since 2015.
