Cesur served as the RestaurantBar & Cafe Manager at Four Seasons Istanbul between 1996 and 1998, from the day of its opening. At the same time, he attended comprehensive training in hotel management at the Managing Successfully program conducted by Four Seasons in Chicago, USA. He, later worked as the Food and Beverage Manager in Ankara Sports International of TepeBilintur. He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in Bilintur Catering Center of the same group. In October 1999, Mr. Cesur was appointed Deputy General Manager of BTA Havalimanlari Yiyecek ve Icecek Hizmetleri A.S. and was subsequently promoted to the position of General Manager in April 2000. Serving in this post until July 2011, Mr. Cesur was the Chief Executive Officer of BTA since that time.
