Mr. Jonathan M. Colman is the Executive Vice President of Sun Communities, Inc. He has served as an Executive Vice President since March 2003. He joined us in 1994 as Vice PresidentAcquisitions and became a Senior Vice President in 1995. A certified public accountant, Mr. Colman has over thirtyfive years of experience in the manufactured housing community industry. Prior to joining Sun, he was involved in the acquisition, financing and management of over 75 manufactured housing communities for two of the 10 largest manufactured housing community owners, including Uniprop, Inc. during its syndication of over 90.0 million in public limited partnerships in the late 1980s since 2003.
