Mr. Peffer also is a director of the Commerce Funds, a family of seven funds with approximately 2 billion in assets, and Lockton, Inc, a privatelyowned insurance brokerage company. Mr. Peffer was a director of NPC International, a franchisee of over 1, 200 Pizza Hut locations and approximately 150 Wendy locations, through 2018. since 2010.
