He worked as an Operations Manager for Allied Lyons PLC from 1985 to 1986 and as an Operations Manager and Brand Development Manager for Whitbread PLC from 1979 to 1985. Currently, Mr. Shepherd works as a Private Investor and Advisor since 2012.
