Mr. Jack L. Howard is President, Director of Steel Partners Holdings GP Inc., the General Partner of Steel Partners Holdings L.P. He has served as our President since July 15, 2009 and was a member of our Board of Directors since October 18, 2011. He also served as the Companys Assistant Secretary from July 15, 2009 until September 19, 2011 and as the Companys Secretary from September 19, 2011 until January 2012. Mr. Howard was a registered principal of Mutual Securities, Inc., a FINRA registered brokerdealer, since 1989. Mr. Howard was a director of HNH since July 2005, Vice Chairman of the Board since March 2012 and principal executive officer since January 2013. He is the President of SPGS. He is the President of Steel Partners and was associated with Steel Partners and its affiliates since 1993. Mr. Howard also cofounded SPII in 1993. Mr. Howard was a director of Steel Excel since December 2007, serving as Vice Chairman of the Steel Excel Board since May 2012, and Principal Executive Officer of Steel Excel since March 2013. He has served as Chairman of DGT Holdings Corporationration, currently a real estate company, since September 2011. He has served as the Chairman of iGo, Inc. since August 2013. He was a director of CoSine Communications, Inc., a holding company, since July 2005. He currently holds the securities licenses of Series 7, Series 24, Series 55 and Series 63. since 2011.
