From 1979 to 1995, Mr. Rodkin held marketing and general management positions of increasing responsibility at General Mills, with his last three years at the company as President, YoplaitColombo. Mr. Rodkin currently serves on the board of directors of McCormick Company, Incorporated, where he is a member of their NominatingCorporationrate Governance committee. In the past five years, he has served as a director of ConAgra Foods, Inc. and Avon Products, Inc. Mr. Rodkin has extensive experience in the leadership and management of a large packaged food company and expertise in branding and marketing of food and foodservice operations globally as the former Chief Executive Officer of ConAgra Foods, Inc.
