Dr. Kwong Yong Sin is no longer Group Managing Director and Executive Director of Silverlake Axis Ltd., effective June 30, 2019. He was appointed as the Group Managing Director in 2005. He was previously a NonExecutive Director of the Company and the Managing Director of Silverlake Corporation from 2003 to 2005 and Connectif Commerce Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2005. Prior to joining Silverlake Corporationrationration, he was a PartnerVice President of Ernst Young Global Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst Young for 11 years from 1989 to 2000. He was the Senior Manager and Head of IT Consulting for Coopers Lybrand from 1984 to 1989. Prior to that, he was Senior Systems Analyst for Pacific Power from 1979 to 1983. He has more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Business Transformation and Solution Implementation in Financial Services, Utilities and Technology Industries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and PhD in Information Systems. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant Australia. since 2005.
