Mr. Russell also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of KBS Growth Income REIT, Inc. where he serves as the chair of the audit committee and as a member of the conflicts committee. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Russell was a director of Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. . Mr. Russell was a panelist at various conferences and seminars, addressing topics such as corporate governance and audit committee role since 2004.
