Previously, from January 2005 to August 2012, Mr. Cashion provided chief financial officer services to five startup portfolio companies owned by the Shell Technology Venture Fund, a private equity fund. Prior to his tenure with the startup portfolio companies, Mr. Cashion worked for the First Reserve Corporationrationration, a private equity firm, from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Cashion worked with Baker Hughes, Inc. from 1981 to 1991 and with Ernst Young from 1977 to 1981. Mr. Cashion holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Houston. Mr. Cashion was a Certified Public Accountant since 1979. since 2014.
