Mr. Christopher D. Cashion is a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Cashion has over 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and private equity. Mr. Cashion joined us in March 2014 to serve as our Chief Financial Officer on a fulltime basis. Previously, Mr. Cashion worked as an independent financial and business consultant since 1998. From January 2013 through February 2014, Mr. Cashion was the Chief Financial Officer for Surefire Industries USA LLC, a Houstonbased hydraulic fracturing equipment manufacturing company. Previously, from January 2005 to August 2012, Mr. Cashion provided chief financial officer services to five startup portfolio companies owned by the Shell Technology Venture Fund, a private equity fund. Prior to his tenure with the startup portfolio companies, Mr. Cashion worked for the First Reserve Corporationrationration, a private equity firm, from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Cashion worked with Baker Hughes, Inc. from 1981 to 1991 and with Ernst Young from 1977 to 1981. Mr. Cashion holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Houston. Mr. Cashion was a Certified Public Accountant since 1979. since 2014.

Superior Drilling Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Superior Drilling's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Superior Drilling inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Superior.
