Mr. Andres Carlos Ferrero Ghislieri is a General Counsel of the Southern Copper Corporationration He was a member of the Legal Department of our Peruvian Branch since December 1995. Prior to this, he served as a Technical Advisor to the World Bank Energy and Mines Technical Assistance Loan Project assigned to the National Society of Mining, Energy and Petroleum. He has also worked as a mining law consultant for the South African Government from May to October 2001. He was elected Superintendent of the Legal Affairs of the Peruvian Branch in March 2008. He is a member of the Board of Compaa Minera Los Tolmos, S.A. which is subsidiary of the Company Peruvian Branch. He holds a law degree from the University of Lima, Peru and a Master of Law or LLM degree in Resources Law and Policy from Dundee University, United Kingdom. since 2016.

Southern Copper Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Southern Copper's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Southern Copper inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Southern.
