Mr. Richard E. Agee is Director of the Company. Mr. Agee founded Wapiti Energy, LLC, a privately held oil and natural gas company focused on strategic exploration throughout the United States, in 2000, and has served as the Chairman of its board of directors since its founding in 2000, and served as the Chairman of the board of directors of Bayou until our acquisition thereof in October 2016. Mr. Agee holds both BS and MS degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Agee was also a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from which he received his MS. Mr. Agee is the father of Brett Agee, a member of our Board of Directors. We believe that Mr. Agee extensive experience serving as an officer and director for several energy companies brings important and valuable skills to our Board of Directors. Pursuant to the stockholders agreement, Mr. Agee has certain rights, subject to certain exceptions, to remain a member of our Board of Directors for so long as CSL beneficially owns at least 50 percent of our Common Stock. since 2020.

Ranger Energy Services Leadership Team
