Mr. Mark D. Stolper is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of RadNet Inc. Mr. Stolper has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2004 and prior to that was an independent member of our Board of Directors. Prior to joining us, he had diverse experiences in investment banking, private equity, VC investing and operations. Mr. Stolper began his career as a member of the corporate finance group at Dillon, Read and Co., Inc., executing mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and private equity investments with Saratoga Partners LLP, an affiliated principal investment group of Dillon Read. After Dillon Read, Mr. Stolper joined Archon Capital Partners, which made private equity investments in media and entertainment companies. Mr. Stolper also worked for Eastman Kodak, where he was responsible for business development for Kodaks Entertainment Imaging subsidiary . Mr. Stolper was also cofounder of Broadstream Capital Partners, a Los Angelesbased investment banking firm focused on advising middle market companies engaged in financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Stolper is currently a member of the board of directors and audit committee for On Track Innovations, Ltd., as well as a privately held company that provides outpatient rehabilitation services. He was previously a member of the board of directors and audit committee for Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. from April 2010 until its sale in December 2012, was a member of the board of directors for a privately held entertainment company providing discount ticketing services and branded event merchandising and was Chairman of the board for a private telemedicine and eHealth provider. Mr. Stolper graduated with a liberal arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a finance degree from the Wharton School. Additionally, Mr. Stolper earned a postgraduate Award in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angele since 2004.
