Mr. Charles N. Eldred is a Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of PNM, Resources, Inc. The parent company of PNM, TexasNew Mexico Power, First Choice Power and Avistar. With more than 30 years of experience in the utility industry, Eldred oversees Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporationrationrate Planning, the Controller Group and Risk Management. Before joining PNM Resources in 2005, Eldred served for several years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Omaha Public Power District, where he oversaw Corporationrationrate Auditing, Finance, Corporationrationrate Accounting, Planning and Budgeting Services, Corporationrationrate Communications and Governmental Affairs.
