Mr. Hamid R. Moghadam is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Prologis Inc. He was our Chief Executive Officer since the end of December 2012 and was our CoChief Executive Officer from June 2011 to December 2012. He is the cofounder of AMB Property Corporation and was AMBs Chief Executive Officer from November 1997 to June 2011 when AMB merged with the Trust. Mr. Moghadam is on the board of the Stanford Management Company and formerly served as its chairman. He is a former trustee of Stanford University and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute since 2012.
