Prior to 2008, Mr. Dreiling served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Duane Reade Holdings, Inc. and Duane Reade Inc., the largest drugstore chain in New York City, from November 2005 until January 2008, and as chairman of the board of Duane Reade from March 2007 until January 2008. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dreiling was Chief Operations Officer for Longs Drug Stores Corporation and held executive positions with Safeway, Inc. Mr. Dreiling also previously served as the chairman of the board of the Retail Industry Leaders Association from January 2014 to January 2016. since 2015.
