Pacific Ventures Management Efficiency
The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (0.205) % which means that it has lost $0.205 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Pacific Ventures' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Pacific Ventures manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.Pacific Ventures Group currently holds 13.59 M in liabilities. Pacific Ventures has a current ratio of 0.4, indicating that it has a negative working capital and may not be able to pay financial obligations when due. Debt can assist Pacific Ventures until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Pacific Ventures' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Pacific Ventures sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Pacific to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Pacific Ventures' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
