He held the position of Country Manager, Mexico, from 2008 until February of 2010, when he was appointed Vice President, Human Resources and Security. Mr. McAleer has extensive experience in Latin America and speaks fluent Spanish. Before joining Pan American Silver he spent over fifteen years working with the mining, consulting, and consumer products industries in various management roles
