From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Argas served as our Executive Vice PresidentProjects and was responsible for management of Geodrill, our drilling company. From 2009 until 2014, Mr. Argas served as our Vice President responsible for management of geothermal projects and Recovered Energy Generation projects. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Argas served as Manager of the REG Projects Department, responsible for the design and installation of REG power plants. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Argas served in our Product Engineering Department as a Product Engineer since 2018.

Elected by the shareholders, the Ormat Technologies' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Ormat Technologies inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Ormat.
