From May 2001 through February 2006, Mr. Pierce served as the executive vice president, chief financial officer and as a director of BindView Corporationrationration. From November 1994 through January 2001, Mr. Pierce held various financial management positions, including executive vice president and chief financial officer of Metamor Worldwide, Inc since 2012.
