Allianzgi Convertible Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Allianzgi Convertible's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Allianzgi Convertible inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Allianzgi.
