Mr. Gregory P. Fauquier is Director of the Company. Mr. Fauquier is a mining engineer with a broad range of management skills covering both mine and process operations, as well as development, together with experience in both open pit and underground operations. From 2002 to 2013, Mr. Fauquier was employed as the Global Managing Director for Hatch Ltd., a consulting engineering and project implementation company, where he was responsible for mining and mineral processing, as well as Hatchs operational services worldwide. Prior to his employment at Hatch, Mr. Fauquier held positions with Barrick as their Senior Vice President for Operations, with Rio Tinto as General Manager of the Flambeau Mining Company, also with Rio Tinto as Mine Manager for their Kennecott Bingham Canyon Mine in Utah as well as their Palabora Mine in South Africa. Mr. Fauquier holds a B.Sc. Mining degree from Queens University. since 2014.
