Mr. Oleg Viktorovich Korzhov has held the position of General Director Chairman of the Management Board at Mechel PAO, since January 2014. Since June 30, 2014, he has occupied the post of Member of the Company Board of Directors. He was Member of the Companys Management Board since March 2009. He is Member of the Investment and Strategic Planning Committee in the Company. From February 15, 2012 till December 31, 2014, he served as Senior Vice President for Economics and Management at the Company. Until then, he was Vice President Business Planning and Analysis at Mechel OAO as of April 2009. Prior to this, between September 2005 and January 2006, he acted as Director of the Companys PlanningEconomics Department. Apart from his current duties at the Company, he is Member of the Board of Directors at MechelTrans OOO, Beloretskiy metallurgicheskiy kombinat OAO, Torgovyi port Poset OAO and at Chelyabisnkiy metallurgicheskiy kombinat OAO. Between July 2008 and April 2009, he held the post of Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance at UK MecheStal OAO. From July 2003 to July 2005, he served as Director for Finance and Economics of NTMK at EvrazHolding OOO. Mr. Korzhov graduated from Ural Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Economics and Management. since 2014.
