He also served as Chairman of PepsiCo Investment Limited from January 1999 to March 2007 and again from March 2012 to December 2013. Mr. Chu spent many years as an executive at PepsiCo, serving as nonexecutive Chairman of PepsiCo Internationals Asia Region from April 2007 to April 2008 and President of PepsiCo International China Beverages Business Unit from March 1998 to March 2007 since 2007.
