Mr. Edward G. Galante is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Galante served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of ExxonMobil Corporationrationration, a multinational oil and gas corporation, from 2001 until his retirement in 2006. Prior to that, he held various management positions of increasing responsibility during his more than 30 years with ExxonMobil Corporationrationration, including serving as Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil Chemical Company from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Galante holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Northeastern University. He currently serves on the boards of Celanese Corporationrationration, Clean Harbors, Inc. and Linde PLC, and previously served on the boards of Andeavor, Praxair, Inc. and Foster Wheeler AG. Mr. Galante also serves on the board of the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas and is Vice Chairman of the board of trustees of Northeastern University. since 2018.
